RadioDeals.online, a child brand of GFM Holdings LLC (Windsor, CT 06095), takes the integrity of every subscription we sell seriously. This policy explains how we protect customers from counterfeit, fraudulent or unauthorized "radio subscription" offers.
Authorized Reseller Status
Every plan offered on RadioDeals.online is sourced directly from — and billed by — the underlying audio entertainment provider through our authorized reseller relationship. We do not resell second-hand, transferred, region-restricted or grey-market subscriptions of any kind.
What Counts as Counterfeit
- Subscription "activation codes" sold by unauthorized third parties.
- Lifetime, jailbroken or modified radio subscriptions.
- Cloned websites or call centers impersonating RadioDeals.online.
- Refurbished or repackaged hardware sold as new under our brand.
How We Protect You
All enrollments are completed by a licensed RadioDeals specialist over a recorded line. Your subscription is activated directly on the provider's billing system, and you receive confirmation from the provider — never from a third-party intermediary. We never ask for payment in gift cards, cryptocurrency or wire transfer.
Report Suspected Counterfeit Activity
If you encounter a website, caller or offer claiming to be RadioDeals.online or offering implausible "lifetime" radio deals, please report it to support@radiodeals.online or call (833) 610-0013. Include URLs, screenshots and phone numbers where possible. GFM Holdings LLC investigates every report and pursues takedowns where warranted.
