RadioDeals.online is operated by GFM Holdings LLC (Windsor, CT 06095) as an authorized advertising partner and reseller. These Payment Terms explain how subscription billing works for plans enrolled through RadioDeals.online.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major U.S. credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. For your protection, we do not accept payment by gift card, money order, cryptocurrency, wire transfer or peer-to-peer payment apps.
Authorization & Billing Party
When you enroll in a plan, you authorize the underlying audio service provider to charge your chosen payment method for the promotional amount, any applicable taxes and fees, and the then-current standard subscription rate at renewal. Subscriptions are billed by — and provided by — the underlying provider. GFM Holdings LLC, operating as RadioDeals.online, facilitates enrollment as an authorized reseller.
Taxes & Fees
Advertised pricing does not include applicable state and local taxes, regulatory recovery fees, or a U.S. Music Royalty Fee where applicable. These charges will be itemized at the time of billing.
Promotional Pricing & Auto-Renewal
Promotional pricing applies for the introductory term stated at the time of enrollment. After the introductory term ends, your subscription automatically renews at the then-current standard rate until you cancel in accordance with the provider's terms. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.
Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, the underlying provider may retry the charge, place your account in a past-due state and ultimately suspend service. Reactivation may be subject to standard rates and reactivation fees set by the provider.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, please contact us at support@radiodeals.online so we can resolve the issue directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in collection activity and loss of service.
